Bloomington Lake and Minnetonka Cave

We hiked up to Bloomington Lake one day and checked it out. It is a cool place and we got to see a bull moose swim all the way across the lake, it is so clear you can see fish swimming all over. We also took the tour of Minnetonka Cave. I had Payton go potty first so he wouldn't pull a "Uncle Cliff". It was fun I took Tori in the back pack and Mel and PJ hiked all those stairs. The fawn was just down the road from our camp. In five days we seen all sorts of wildlife and got to ride the 4 wheelers and practice shooting. I even woke Payton up one morning at 6AM to go and shoot the Trail Canyon archery range.

Bear Lake

From our campspot we weren't too far from Bear Lake. So we went there a couple of times and the kids had fun. We finally got Payton to dunk his head under the water, but it took some bribery. We told him if he did it he could have the "Pirates of the Caribean" toys he was eyeballing at the store. Tori would grab the sand toys and throw them in the water then she would wade in and go after them.

Pics from Camping

As you can see Tori took about 15 minutes to get totally filthy.

We took our new trailer up Georgetown Canyon last week and had a blast. The trailer has a large water tank and that was a good thing because Tori and Payton were filthy and had to take baths every night.
